In recent years, John Henric has grown into an international company in men's fashion. We sell directly to customers through our own stores across Europe and via e-commerce globally. This means a business with high volumes and many daily transactions.

At our headquarters in Hyllie, Malmö, we manage the entire group. As a Finance Assistant, you will be an important part of the finance department and work closely with engaged, unpretentious, and driven colleagues. The role suits you if you have 1–3 years of experience in finance and want to continue developing within ongoing financial work in a rapidly changing retail environment.

The tasks are relatively straightforward and structured – but require you to work independently, accurately, and efficiently in our systems.

You will work with:

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Scanning and registration of incoming documents

• Payments in and out

• Reconciliations

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Other administrative tasks within the finance department

In a business that sells directly to consumers (B2C), we handle large volumes of transactions daily. This requires structure, pace, and the ability to quickly understand and work efficiently in our systems.

We offer you a developing role in one of the leading companies in men's fashion in the Nordics. As you grow into the role, there is an opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in similar tasks

• Have a post-secondary education in finance

• Have good knowledge of Excel

• Preferably have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

• Master Swedish and English fluently in both spoken and written form

• Have a general interest in IT and business systems

We are looking for someone who is:

• Independent and responsible

• A quick learner and structured

• Effective without compromising accuracy

• Solution-oriented and curious

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and changing environment

You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and thrive in a role where it is clear what needs to be done – but where you drive the work forward yourself. If you have experience working in retail/e-commerce or with large transaction volumes, it is a plus.  

Other information The position is a permanent full-time position. Desired start is as soon as possible. We apply a 6-month probationary period. The placement is at our headquarters in the newly built "The Corner" located in Hyllie, Malmö, just minutes from Hyllie station.
